About the job
As a regional operations manager you will enjoy a challenging work environment and work in close contact with the Middle East COO. The position is based in Dubai and you will be leading many of the operational tasks, including:
- providing support to the City Operations Manager
- assisting in regional operations such as creating and analyzing reports, and/or setting up and managing call centers
- implementing and managing region specific projects and ensuring deadlines are kept, as well as ensuring that tasks are executed to the highest quality, in a timely and accurate manner
- be proactive and work independently
- travelling to other cities in the region, requiring operational support and collecting market data to understand problems and find solutions
- assist in team recruiting for the operations team
- developing and testing key app features, to ensure efficient time to market
- follow up KPIs

The Requirements
- minimum Bachelor Degree
- fluent in English and preferably Arabic
- 1-4 years of work experience
- organizational talent, able to set priorities and work well under pressure
- agile, analytical, able to see a bigger picture, dissect complex issues and solve them independently
